AutoZone.com ships via FedEx to your door. With FedEx, you have four shipping options. If you choose Standard Delivery, you can ship your order within three to five days of processing. Standard delivery to Alaska and Hawaii is not available. Expedited deliveries will be delivered within two days, and express deliveries will arrive the next day. Freight and international delivery times are usually longer than standard delivery and will vary by destination address and carrier. Free shipping promotions do not apply to freight or international shipments.

Customer is solely responsible for payment of all charges, duties, fees and taxes incurred on freight orders, international orders or otherwise.
Depending on the size, weight, availability and other factors, items in an order may be shipped in multiple shipments or from different locations. The shipping method for all items in an order will be the shipping option you select at checkout. The delivery time for these items will depend on the shipping option selected. Certain parts of an order (including special order items) may be subject to charges at the time of order submission.

Each shipping option has a different price. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will incur a $10.00 FedEx shipping fee, which is included in the total cost of your order when you place it. Shipping charges are based on the total weight of your order, but your order may have more than one box. You only need to pay one shipping charge.

AutoZone.com currently only ships to US, APO/FPO/DPO and US territorial addresses. Your purchase will be processed and shipped within two business days of placing your order (3 – 5 business days if you purchased a special order item). The individual item weight and total order weight determine the shipping options available for shipping to a specific address.

Store Return Policy

To return a product to the AutoZone Store, please bring the item back to its original condition and packaging with a receipt within 90 days of the date of purchase to request a refund. Returning a defective item within the warranty period. If the item has been used or installed, the refund request may be denied.

Returning a product to the AutoZone Store
To return a product to an AutoZone store, simply bring the product to the store of your choice in its original packaging and/or box, along with the receipt. You must drain all fluids (if any) from the product before returning it. * It is recommended that you use the credit card used to purchase the product so that the store can charge the price of the product to your card. If you do not have a credit card, or if you purchased using PayPal or another digital payment method, simply present your receipt and the product and the store will refund your account.

All returns from the AutoZone store are subject to the store’s return policy and not all products are eligible for return. For example, all sales of custom items are final and do not qualify for a return.

Mail-in Product Returns
To return an AutoZone product that was sent to you by mail, please complete the return form (found in Section B of your shipping invoice) and place it in the original packaging and/or box with the product. Be sure to drain all fluids (if any) from the product before packaging. *

AutoZone recommends that you return your product to AutoZone Fulfillment Center using a carrier that offers package tracking to ensure that your product is returned to AutoZone safely and quickly. if the product is eligible for return, your credit card will be charged for the full price of the product, but your shipping charges will not be refunded.
